Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

20-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 20-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

However, our support team will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
